A classic example is a woman from the Philippines who is after a good priest Fr. Everett Corvera... and so goes another of his excerpts on the 7th page or so of google when you type everett corvera.

The supposed blog title is FilipinosNZ, click on this and you will be in for the surprise of your lives!

You will see Everett Corvera in priestly garb like he was never guilty of anything. Everett Corvera must have been so confused and desperate when he made this blog. Not wracked with guilt. Only desperate and in a hurry to cover the stink he brought all the way here.

No wonder this Everett Corvera keeps on accusing his detractors of being the same person.

This is what he does and this is what he is doing and you yourself will have proof of this. You don't even have to take my word for it, see for yourself how stupid this Everett Corvera is!

So from Butuan to Balanga,Bataan to Auckland, NZ! Where are you off to next Everett Corvera/Nico German?Estirel? Who pays for your travel expenses? The people here will spit you out before you can even explain your notoriety.

Everett Corvera finally came to his stupid (non)sense, you will find a blog titled Filipinos in NZ by a Nico German, this time with the appropriate identity which is appropriate only because you do not see Everett Corvera's picture and profile anymore. A part of it goes I am writing this in defense of a good priest who is my friend Fr Everett Corvera. He doesn't know that I am writing a blog to tell people that they should ... This is the same Nico German who posted a comment on my first blog entry. Click on his name to go to his blog spot.

The crazy blogger Nico Germain claims is a woman. So Everett Corvera pretending to be Nico German is just digging his own grave. The issue is not the who. It is the why.

For whatever reason you will think of again in the future, the real and only truth is this, Everett Corvera: You have run a long, long way but you will never get your peace. Everett Corvera

I am a Filipino in New Zealand. I got a very disturbing e-mail warning about the migration of an “alleged” scoundrel of a priest to NZ. I did not take it seriously then. It was a very big mistake.

The article below has been sent to some major dailies here to do what the Catholic Church failed to do:

This issue about the sinning Catholic priest of the Philippines, Everett Magdalino Corvera should be dealt with accordingly. He is a direct and present threat to our community.

I received an email from a certain Ibrahim Salapudin dated August 19 of this year warning me, as a kabayan in Wellington, and I quote, “Greetings from the Philippines! Be forewarned about everett magdalino corvera, a catholic priest whom the Butuan bishop is planning to transfer to New Zealand. He faces so many controversies both in Butuan and Bataan. He is a psychopath who will not think twice about continuing his perverted acts in your country. It is your obligation to your God to protect your followers. We Muslims are looking for him because he has insulted Allah by coveting one of our women. Do not discredit this warning without investigating.

It is a clear and present danger because Everett Corvera is NOW IN AUCKLAND. This Salapudin also sent the same email to the different major newspapers and the majority of the religious organizations here in New Zealand, but apparently, no stories about the priest surfaced. Ibrahim KNEW as early as August that this priest would be sent to New Zealand. Everett Corvera is now in Auckland.

Another email to me from Ibrahim with a forwarded message from Everett Corvera with the priest’s name and signature came November 29. It was as if he was admitting his sins to Ibrahim and even said that he will take his sins to his grave. (THOSE INTERESTED IN VIEWING THE ORIGINAL EMAIL MAY CONTACT ME SO I CAN FORWARD THE SAME TO YOU.)

I decided as a concerned citizen of New Zealand, as a practicing Catholic, and most importantly as a father to 2 young daughters that I would look into this garbage that was imported from the Philippines to pollute the country that we now call home. Following the different links from Mr. Salapudin, I began to discover that this was not a scam. This got me worried, and my concern became real and urgent with every new piece of information. In very particular order, these are the facts I discovered:

1. Everett Corvera has a myspace account. It is so stupid that he somehow hid parts of his identity in that site and made it appear that he is from New Jersey. BUT if you just write down his complete name in the search field you will arrive at that particular account, which contains a display image with an “Everett Corvera Photography” watermarked at the bottom (he admits that all his photos has his watermark, more on this later.) The account is unmistakably Mr. Corvera’s. If you will look at the pictures in the SLIDE it even contains personal pictures of him in his private quarters. It would be difficult to get a hold of this set of photos because of their personal nature. The contents of this account are blatant in nature, an obvious showcasing of the priest’s arrogance and (questionable) penchant for extravagant things, i.e. professional photography, high-end audio equipment, etc. It continues to list down his very expensive hobbies. If you will read one of his blogs, he attached a letter from a lover in 2004 and an admission of his interest in beautiful women.

2. The highly-scrutinized Confessions of a Sinning Priest blog is a bit questionable in my opinion.

Everything in his profile was just extracted from his myspace profile. It was, as the title suggests, a venue for the confession of his sins. The blog entries were questioned by some, but were also verified by most. I learned from Ibrahim that the deleted comments belonged to a homosexual childhood friend of Corvera, who was responsible for sparking rumors of the authenticity of the blog. The homosexual friend retracted all of his statements after he himself questioned his earlier judgment. Ibrahim forwarded this link but it has since been deleted.

Most interesting are the comments of one “ex umbris” and “butuan.” Ex umbris claims he has personal knowledge of all the sexual activities of Corvera, even claiming that there is an existing sex video. He also claims that the bishops know of his misconducts.

“Butuan” made a very thorough narrative of his sexual conquests in Butuan (his hometown in Mindanao) and how he made a poor lass his scapegoat in order for him to continue his long-standing affairs with a mature nurse and a young Muslim woman. I understand now where it all began with Ibrahim Salapudin. It is in Butuan’s comments that his affair with a Muslim woman was verified.

All of the pieces came into place. Corvera was assigned in Butuan until he was exiled in Balanga, Bataan (a province in Luzon) because of his “misdemeanors” courtesy of Bishop Soc Villegas (remember this name.)

Both ex umbris and butuan agree that Corvera is hiding under the name of “estirel” (in the guise of a staunch supporter of Corvera) with several desperate commentaries arguing the “greatness” of Corvera. If you click on his name, you will arrive at his blog account where you will find all the links to blogs made by “the real Everett Corvera.”

3. The links to “the real…” cannot be accessed anymore. However, Ibrahim forwarded a link leading to the friendster account of Everett Corvera. According to Ibrahim, this link contains the same entry as that of “the real…” account. "The Real Father Everett Corvera" account was deleted because of the pressures coming from the Catholic Church.

The friendster blog is unquestionably that of Corvera’s. Here he listed the different defenses to the attacks on him. He shamelessly suggests that it was Bishop Socrates Villegas who invited him as a guest priest in Balanga. In this blog Corvera denied that he was the author of Confessions of a Sinning Priest blog. For me this is worse than the Confessions blog. Corvera is either very stupid or more concerned about bragging than protecting himself. There are a slew of very self-incriminating statements in the friendster blog. Most appalling of which is his justification of why he does not and will not practice the vow of poverty, citing a church rule that in my opinion is a lot of BS. He also boasts about his plans to pursue a career in film and photography. He came to his naked picture’s defense by claiming that it was taken by a “world-renown” (sic) photographer. A priest who will willingly be photographed naked by any person, world-renowned or otherwise, can only be sick in the mind. He seemed to have conveniently eluded the issue on his many exploits with women, girls and young boys.

4. Ibrahim also mentioned that Everett Corvera had a different friendster account before, which was very popular with the youth of Balanga, Bataan. All seemed to be doing fine and Corvera looked as if he was enjoying all the youthful attention until he made the mistake of posting a very sensitive picture of Bishop Soc Villegas with a young woman (the rumored lover of the bishop.) Apparently, this struck a chord with the Catholic Church and the friendster account, just like his other newer accounts, mysteriously vanished. However, Ibrahim was able to secure a copy of the said picture, which he posted in picasa. (Viewing is by request.)

It seems that it was in this friendster account that Corvera first “confessed his sins” and subsequently in the pinoyexchange.com forum. Both accounts disappeared but can be corroborated by a very specific and well-written commentary by a Ms. Bing Ramos.

5. His hobby (photography) is very extravagant. This is confirmed by his membership to club eos, where he posted, among others, his now-notorious naked picture. I was able to view it before it had again, disappeared. It is the same photo on the Confessions blog.

It is disappointing that none of the above-mentioned agencies/offices did nothing to prevent this Everett Corvera from coming to New Zealand. I refuse to be guilty of the same mistake. It is shameful that the Catholic Church in New Zealand is not only aware of this, but they even facilitated his “safe arrival.”

It is such a dishonor to the Filipino community that the Filipino dailies conspired to keep this a secret from us. Even without the help of Ibrahim Salapudin, any fool can get to the real story by simply searching for his name on any search engine. The whole story is there. It does not call for an investigative or brilliant mind to “connect the dots.”

Now I am writing you not as a Filipino protecting my fellowmen but as a citizen of New Zealand. We all have stories of the hardships of getting here and enjoying a peaceful and prosperous life with our families. I will not repay New Zealand’s kindness with the BS that is Everett Magdalino Corvera.

Does anyone of you realize that through the Parish of Saint Michael we have just welcomed the devil into our homes? I will not rest until Everett Magdalino Corvera is investigated, persecuted and incarcerated and sent back to hell.

I will give you a week from today to do your research, after which I will forward this to another news agency.
